Today I woke up at 10, nearly 11.
I went down the street, and the other hotel is 3900 Rubles a night. I was walking down the street. God, it's so hot, 36 degrees today. Well, it doesn't feel as hot as 36 degrees in China though. I don't know why, perhaps it's not as humid, or perhaps I am more excited.
Школьный коммунизм

I went inside and I saw a man and a woman. It's a residential house, and the hotel was on the second floor.

The man asked, "Вы говорите по-русски?" The women tried to speak to me in English. I said "плохо говорю", but they said, "вы прекрасно говорить" and the man smiled at me. So I would check in at 2 pm, and there is still an hour.
Moscow, I didn't sign up for 4 days of intense heat. I didn't have shorts because I thought the weather would be 10-20 degrees everyday. Let's be clear, I will not walk in the Sokolniki Park in the 36-degree heat.
I like Russia. I am not sure if I want to live here, but if I have money and I can choose between Shanghai and Moscow to spend the next 3 years, I'd choose Moscow. I am a half-dead old man in China, and at least here, I am alive. And I like Russian apps such as Yandex, Sberbank, and Rustore, which are very convenient compared to the confusing apps in China. Is there discrimination here? No, there are no discriminations.
By the way, a normal lunch here costs 300-500 Rubles, such as Rostics, Vkusno i Tochka (which are everywhere), or something from the supermarket. A bottle of water costs 20-40 Rubles. So the prices are similar to Shanghai.
Currently I have 30000 Rubles. Excluding hotels, I have to budget for another 10 days.
I returned from lunch at 2 pm to check-in.

It's a really good room with a private toilet. There is everything. The man smiles a lot to me - more than the average Russian. I'm washing my clothes by hand now. I checked the tours of Mosfilm and there is nothing left for today. It's too late anyway.
And so it's 3:30 and we are going to Arbat. I went out at the station "Смоленская".

Статуя Пушкина

Афиша Рахманинова

After walking a short distance, we arrived at Стена Цоя.
Many people are taking photos under the wall, remembering the brand "Kino". On the wall is "Перемен требует наша сердца" written iin huge letters. Tsoi influenced not just one generation, but many, past, present, and future.
When you are disappointed, seeking hope, or longing for changes in your life, Tsoi's lyrics is what you need. T Tsoi's music influenced me greatly, and I listened to it hundreds of times.
Everywhere is "Цой жив". The street is covered in graffiti. Oh, how we remember the singer - tragic, young, and legendary!

I bought some snacks in the supermarket, and it's actually very cheap, although it's on Arbat. And it's 17:40. And once again I don't have time for the Pushkin museum. I'm heading to the Stanislavsky Theatre.
I went to Россельхозбанк. Does Chinese Unionpay work here? No. Right now I have 25000 Rubles, and I'll run out of money in 10 days. By then, I'll probably be in Kazan.

Статуя Михаила Шолохова

There are a lot of propaganda posters against the Baltics, calling them Neo-Nazi and Russophobic. It's mostly focused on anti-west sentiment and historical revanchism. They claim the Soviet Union transformed the Baltics from small, rural countries to industrial centers, and claims they suffer from population decline, Neo-Nazism, demolition of Soviet heroes, and deinstrualization now. This is what the posters are saying.
I figured out a way to top up my "Тройка" card.
When I left the metro, my left leg suddenly slipped and I sprained my ankle. I didn't lose my balance or fall. Does long walking help with injuries like that? The pain went away in a minute, and I was able to walk again.
Russians don't mind if you film or photograph them. I took a lot of pictures of people on the streets.

Дом Л.Н. Обера(Здесь в 1820-1830-х останавливался Пушкин)

Now I only feel a slight pain in my left foot. I exercised my feet a little, and everything is... fine
The appearances and beauty of Slavic people, faces I would never forget. I was too shy to take more photos of people. God, I was so timid. The heart of a 20-year-old, intense, passionate, dwelling in isolated, and unrest.
And my left foot stopped hurting completely. If you walk a lot, twisting your ankle wouldn't affect anything.
А вот этот театр

An orchestra was playing, or not playing, just warming up. РАМТ did not have live music.

I'm worried that I might smell bad. That would be terrible. I walked a lot, but I didn't think I sweated too much. Plus I showered at 3 pm.
I counted the ratio of women to men and it is somewhere between 10 to 1 and 5 to 1, the exact opposite of my school! But there are so many babushkas here.

At the start of the ballet was an annoucement to turn off the lights. Then it was almost completely dark.
Time flies, I barely noticed it passing. But fifty minutes had gone by, and the first scene ended. No one was taking photos, and I also didn't take photos.
The scene began with a woman and her child. The woman was dancing and she fell down, and the child fell down too. Then several people approached to take the child. Then the scene shifted to a party. There are 4 couples on either side and 3 clowns in the middle.
Then a man in white appeared, and they fought for a while. After that a woman came out and danced. And then 4 women and 4 men danced together. It was mostly red.
The man in white sat down, then jumped down. Then the woman in white from the start came back for a woman in blue. The woman in blue appeared again. She danced with the white man for a bit. Then a man in yellow appeared. The man in yellow and four guarded corned the man in white. And the man in yellow tried to speak to the woman. Eventually the woman approached the man in white and the man in yellow walked away. However, the scene ended with the women leaving and the man in white kneeling.
The second scene began. A woman started dancing with a woman. A woman in red arrived with 4 in yellow. Then they danced.
First there is a solo by a woman in pink dress. Then a solo by a woman in a blue dress. Then a woman danced with a man. Three people - a man in yellow trousers in the middle, were dancing.
The third scene began with a feast. I don't remember the details but it was very beautiful.
In the end I think a witch came and killed the man in yellow trousers, and he died. Then another man in white arrived, and the scene ended up him lying down or praying again.
It's past 9 pm. I left the theatre. What else to do? I started filming the streets of Moscow at night.
In center Moscow there is no signs of chaos or war. People are singing and dancing, bars are open, and most places are full. People are singing everywhere. I spent over an hour filming the streets.
I left the theatre and went down Tverskaya, turned left onto a beautiful street lined with bars, then turne dback to Kitay-gorod. It was just magical. The sun was setting, but the twilight lingered for so long. The street was shimmering with dim lights.
I headed toward Kitay-Gorod, then down the street to the Red Square, then finally back to the metro station "Охотный Ряд".
I went back to Sokolniki, got some water and a sandwich, and went to bed.
